Voxora provides industry-leading transcription accuracy across 50+ languages. Our proprietary AI pipeline handles regional accents, complex technical jargon, and overlapping speech seamlessly, making it the definitive choice for demanding professionals.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. Go to your account panel and click 'Cancel Subscription' — it takes one click. Cancelling turns off auto-renewal, so your card is never charged again. You keep full Pro access until the end of the period you've already paid for, then you're moved to the free plan. No hidden fees or contracts.
How do I get a refund?
Open your account panel and click 'Request a Refund' (or email support@voxora.me). This opens a pre-filled message to our team. Refunds are reviewed and processed through our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy. Please include your account email and approximate purchase date so we can help you faster.
How do subscription payments work?
Pro subscriptions renew automatically each period (monthly or annually) until you cancel. Every payment, renewal, and refund appears in your Billing History inside the account panel. All charges are handled securely by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record, who also issues your invoices.
Do you offer discounts for non-profits or education?
Yes, we offer special pricing for educational institutions, non-profit organizations, and startups. Contact our sales team for more information.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and PayPal through our payment provider Lemon Squeezy. Wire transfers are available for enterprise customers.
