1. Welcome to voxora

By accessing or using voxora's transcription services, APIs, or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. Acceptable Use

You are responsible for all content you process through voxora. You agree not to upload, transcribe, or process any audio or video files that contain illegal content, violate third-party intellectual property rights, or for which you lack the necessary legal consent to process.

3. Service Availability

We continuously work to maintain high availability and reliability of our AI models and infrastructure. However, voxora is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to perform scheduled maintenance or updates.

4. API Usage & Anti-Arbitrage

Our API is designed to empower your applications. However, you may not use the voxora API to build, support, or offer a direct competitor product. Reselling our API outputs as a standalone white-label transcription service without adding significant functional value, or engaging in arbitrage (buying our credits to undercut our direct pricing), is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate, unrefunded account termination.

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or attempt to compromise the security and stability of the voxora platform.
