Terms of Service
Last updated: July 2026
1. Who We Are & Acceptance
voxora is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) transcription platform. The full details of the operator, including name and business address, are set out at the bottom of this page (see "Service & Subscription Details"). You can reach us at support@voxora.me. By accessing or using voxora's transcription services, APIs, or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
2. The Service & Subscriptions
voxora provides access to AI-powered transcription and related features on a subscription and pay-as-you-go basis. We offer a free tier, a monthly subscription, and an annual subscription, as well as pay-as-you-go API credits. Digital subscriptions renew automatically for successive billing periods (monthly or annual, as selected) until cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or via our Merchant of Record; cancellation stops future renewals, and you retain access until the end of the current paid period. Prices are displayed at checkout and may be exclusive of applicable taxes, which are calculated and shown by our Merchant of Record.
3. Payments & Merchant of Record
All orders, subscriptions, and payments are sold and fulfilled by Lemon Squeezy, LLC, acting as our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. This means that when you make a purchase, your contract for the payment transaction is with Lemon Squeezy, who processes payment, issues invoices, and collects and remits applicable sales tax and EU VAT on our behalf. Your use of the checkout is also subject to Lemon Squeezy's terms and privacy policy. Michał Romaniuk remains the provider of the underlying transcription service described in these Terms.
4. Right of Withdrawal & Refunds (EU Consumers)
If you are a consumer in the EU, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services under the Consumer Rights Directive and Polish consumer law. Because voxora is digital content and services supplied immediately, by purchasing and starting to use the service you expressly request that performance begins during the withdrawal period and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed. Refund requests are handled by our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy, in line with their refund policy and applicable law. To request a refund or raise a billing question, contact support@voxora.me.
5. Acceptable Use
You are responsible for all content you process through voxora. You agree not to upload, transcribe, or process any audio or video files that contain illegal content, violate third-party intellectual property rights, or for which you lack the necessary legal consent to process.
6. Your Content & Ownership
You retain 100% ownership and copyright of all media files you upload and the resulting text transcripts generated by our service. voxora claims no ownership rights over your intellectual property. You grant us only the limited licence needed to process your files in order to provide the service to you.
7. Service Availability & Warranties
We continuously work to maintain high availability and reliability of our AI models and infrastructure. However, voxora is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to perform scheduled maintenance or updates. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory statutory rights you have as a consumer under Polish or EU law.
8. API Usage & Anti-Arbitrage
Our API is designed to empower your applications. However, you may not use the voxora API to build, support, or offer a direct competitor product. Reselling our API outputs as a standalone white-label transcription service without adding significant functional value, or engaging in arbitrage (buying our credits to undercut our direct pricing), is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate, unrefunded account termination.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. This clause does not exclude or limit liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Polish or EU law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for consumers' mandatory statutory rights.
10. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or attempt to compromise the security and stability of the voxora platform.
11. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland and applicable EU law. If you are a consumer, you benefit from the mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence, and you may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform. We may update these Terms from time to time; the current version is indicated by the "Last updated" date above.
12. Service & Subscription Details
voxora is a SaaS transcription platform offered on a free tier, a monthly subscription, and an annual subscription, as well as pay-as-you-go API credits. Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually) until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account or via our Merchant of Record; access continues until the end of the current paid period. All payments, invoices, and applicable EU VAT are handled by our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy, LLC.
